ARKANSAS SUPREME COURT
COMMITTEE ON PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
NOTICE OF SURRENDER OF ATTORNEY'S
PRIVILEGE TO PRACTICE LAW
IN RE: DAVID B. FULLER
ARKANSAS BAR ID #94029
David B. Fuller, an attorney residing in Bentonville, formerly practicing law in Benton County, Arkansas, with Arkansas Bar ID #94029 has been barred from engaging in the practice of law in this State for violation of the Arkansas Model Rules of Professional Conduct. On the recommendation of the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct, the Arkansas Supreme Court accepted the surrender of the law license of David B. Fuller on November 1, 2001.
Attorney Fuller's Petition to Surrender was based upon violation of Model Rules 1.2(a), 1.3, 1.4(a), 1.15(a), 1.16(d), 5.5(a), and 8.4(c) of the Arkansas Model Rules of Professional Conduct. The Petition and attached exhibits on file with the Clerk of the Arkansas Supreme Court demonstrate that the Model Rule violations occurred as a result of Mr. Fuller's conduct with regard to Linda Sue Wilbur and various other informal complaints of clients whom Mr. Fuller failed to properly and timely represent in their legal matters after accepting fees from them.
If you have any questions in this regard or you have information evincing the attorney's continued practice contrary to the status of her license, please contact this office.
