If you are representing a company requesting recurring bulk and compiled data (includes traffic and criminal data only) please complete and submit the following forms:
a. Request for Bulk Distribution of Court Information from AOC ;
b. Bulk Records License Agreement ; and
c. Performance Bond for AOC License Agreement .
If you are representing a company requesting compiled civil, probate, or domestic case data, please complete and submit the following forms:
a. Request for Compilation of Court Information from AOC ;
b. Compiled Records License Agreement ; and
c. Performance Bond for AOC License Agreement
If your request is made for scholarly, journalistic, political, governmental, research, or statistical purposes, please complete and submit the following form:
a. Request for Compilation of Court Information from AOC ; and,
if you are asking for individually identifiable information or information that is normally excluded from public access according to Administrative Order 19, also complete:
b. Request for Compiled Information Affidavit ;
c. Compiled Records License Agreement ; and
d. Performance Bond for AOC License Agreement .
Note : All requests must be in compliance with Administrative Order 19 (see below).
