Committee origin/authorization: In re Arkansas Bar Association -- Petition for Adoption of Arkansas Professional Practicum; Administrative Order Number 17, 358 Ark. App'x 496 (2004). As therein designated, the Committee is composed of five members, one from each Congressional District and one from the State at large, each to serve a six-year term unless otherwise designated by the Court. Members continue to serve beyond their designated terms until such time as their successor is qualified and appointed by the Court.
