The 2026 Domestic Relations/Probate Attorneys Ad Litem Initial Qualification Training will be held on Wednesday, September 9th and Thursday, September 10th in Little Rock at the Justice Building, 625 Marshall Street. Registration will open in May.
Upon completion of the Training, an Attorney will be qualified to represent children, as an Attorney ad Litem, in Domestic Relations/Probate cases in court upon appointment by a Circuit Judge.
This training will NOT qualify you for the Dependency Neglect Representation Program.
