The Arkansas Commission for Parent Counsel (ACPC) is seeking applications for a part‐time contractor to
represent parents in dependency‐neglect cases in the 14th JD. This includes Baxter, Boone, Marion, and
Newton counties. To apply, please submit a cover letter designating why you are interested in the
position, whether you are currently qualified as Parent Counsel under Arkansas Supreme Court
Administrative Order No. 15, a current resume and three references to Brian Welch, Executive Director
at brian.welch@arkansas.gov. Applicants will be reviewed as packets are received in order to fill the
positions as soon as possible.
